Omar Arturo Hernández López, PhD Student at the Service of Endocrinology and Nutrition, FISABIO–University Hospital Doctor Peset / University of Valencia and core member of MITOMETs, brings expertise as a nutritionist (MSc in Sports Nutrition) and a doctoral researcher in Physiology. His work centers on exercise applications to cardiometabolic disease, cancer, ageing, and chronobiology.
