Dr. Lei Lu is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Lecturer in Management Psychology at the School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University. He holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and has a strong academic foundation shaped by graduate and undergraduate training in management and related disciplines.
