Dr. Yifan Dai is a lecturer at the Karamay Campus of China University of Petroleum–Beijing, specializing in petroleum engineering with a strong focus on rock mechanics and unconventional reservoir development. His academic training spans bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies in petroleum engineering, providing him with a solid theoretical foundation and advanced research expertise. Dr. Dai’s research centers on hydraulic fracturing, multi-physics field numerical simulation, phase-field methods, and crack propagation mechanisms in complex geological media.
