Bashayer M. Al-Shweeman began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from King Saud University (KSU) in 2016. With a passion for advancing healthcare administration, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nursing Administration from KSU in 2022. These foundational years instilled in her the expertise needed to lead in the dynamic field of organ transplantation nursing.

With nine years of diverse nursing experience, Bashayer has progressed from a General Surgery Nurse (4 years) to an Assistant Head Nurse (2 years), and currently serves as the Head Nurse at the Organ Transplant Center of Excellence (OTCoE) at KFSHRC-R (3 years). She has been instrumental in developing and leading key projects that enhance patient care and optimize nursing operations in the transplant unit.
